Nobody has to move first on faith

Listing
A seller registers, uploads photographs and specifications, and submits the stone. It costs nothing and there is no exclusivity.
Review
We check the specifications for internal consistency and question anything unusual. Approved stones go live with a ManikPola reference number.
Interest
Buyers register an offer or ask for the best price. Their details come to us — not to the seller — along with any inspection request.
Negotiation
We confirm the stone is still available, verify the buyer, and negotiate with both sides until there is a price everyone can live with.
Verification
Where the buyer wants it, we arrange independent testing at a recognised Colombo laboratory and share the report with both parties.
Settlement
Payment is secured, the stone is shipped insured with export documentation, and the seller is paid once the buyer has accepted it.
