Natural yellow and white sapphire rough with a handful of pale blue crystals mixed through. Around 48 pieces, several of them well-formed hexagonal crystals rather than water-worn pebbles, which usually means better yield on the wheel. The yellows run from soft lemon to a warmer honey tone. The white and near-colourless material is transparent and would cut clean. Untreated as it stands — yellow sapphire from these gravels is very often heated after cutting, and that remains the buyer's choice. Weight is estimated from the photograph.
